Gift cards and certificates sold by us and purchased online, may be returned by contacting our Central Office (main office) at 719-266-8780. We will refund the unused balance of the gift only to the original purchaser. We keep a record of all cards and certificates, so they are never really lost. For gift cards, to eliminate confusion, we request you have the original card at the time of your visit or please contact our main office.
Cancellation Policy – Please let us know if you can’t make your appointment. We require 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations/amendments. Otherwise a 50% charge may apply.
Services are non-refundable. If you are not pleased with your service, we ask you to contact us and schedule a time to come in so we can evaluate any issues and provide correction.
